Welcome to the third Kyiv IT Outsourcing Forum on October, 20-21.
Together with Lviv IT Outsourcing Forum, which has been held in Lviv since 2010, this is already a traditional conference for owners and C-Level managers of the Ukrainian IT outsourcing companies.
This year it is planned that about 500 CEO, CTO, COO, CFO directors from Ukraine, Germany, Israel and other European countries will participate in the conference.

The topic of this-year KIOF is “Company Management by Textbook, Corporatization and Owner’s Trap”
However, on the world economy development, the decrease of unemployment in the US, the digital transformation of companies around the world, the Ukrainian outsourcing industry feels quite good.
▶ The predicted amount of IT export in 2018 equals to 4,5 billion US dollars.
▶ The contribution of the IT-industry to the total Gross Domestic Product amounts to 3,34%.
▶ The IT-companies, running their business in Ukraine, have paid 16,7 billion UAH of taxes.
▶ More than 130 thousand specialists are employed in IT industry.
The American and European business is being developed and transformed into the digital era and it can no longer provide itself with local IT-specialists. There appear a lot of requests, which entrepreneurs are ready to solve on the cost of remote teams.
It seems that any business-oriented project manager with 4-5 year experience in IT outsourcing industry is able to take 2-3 projects and to gather a team of 10-15 developers. Though the further growth of a company and its development still remains without solution.
The lack of comprehensive business education, the vision of the IT landscape in the global economy, the experience of building business processes does not allow all new and old small companies to develop harmoniously and to see the prospects in future.
For that reason, the major issues of the conference will be practices of building the right IT outsourcing businesses according to the best knowledge.
We shall discuss:

For the past 9 years, The Outsourcing Forum gathers the active part of the outsourcing industry in Ukraine and serves as a ground for the experience exchange and discussion of “urgent” issues.
Only 11 our conferences were visited by more than 2000 participants. As a result of their participation in the previous conferences, the members point out the increase in the number of employees at their companies, M&A relating agreements, the increase of customers’ flow, the improvement of their own organizational structure and creation or improvement of a company development strategy.
